The practice also serves mining and resource clients across evolving regulatory landscapes. Your work will combine commercial agreements, public offerings, private placements, corporate governance, and practical client guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide commercial legal support to gaming and technology clients
- Support founder-related matters and corporate finance transactions
- Advise on regulatory requirements and compliance considerations




- Liaise with securities regulators and stock exchanges

Requirements:

- Four to eight years in securities and corporate finance law
- Public M&A; experience with transaction leadership
