SYSTRA Canada seeks an experienced lead for verification and validation across transit projects. You will plan activities, establish evidence requirements, and coordinate procedures and inspections. The position works with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders during testing and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the master V&V; plan for SRS scope
- Establish verification methods for each requirement level
- Coordinate preparation of V&V; artefacts
- Manage findings and defects throughout execution
- Contribute to safety cases and acceptance documents

Requirements:

- Engineering university degree
- 10+ years supporting rail or transit systems
- Experience in verification, validation, testing, commissioning, or assurance
- Knowledge of test methods and defect resolution
- P.Eng. Ontario or equivalent qualification
