Shape commercial decisions through SQL, Tableau, and performance analysis as a Consultant supporting Cardinal Health Canada’s Vaughan head office.

This hybrid position reports to the Manager, Commercial Excellence and partners with Canadian senior sales leaders. You will translate complex commercial datasets into actionable insights, support quota and compensation programs, and deliver reporting focused on productivity, execution effectiveness, and performance against plan. Collaboration with BI&A;, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders is central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand requirements and develop data-driven commercial solutions
- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc performance insights
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers




- Maintain user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or similar tools
- Support reliable analytics solutions with BI&A; and IT teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical or business field
- Four or more years in commercial insights or business intelligence
- Experience with cloud data platforms and large datasets
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
- Salesforce.com or SAP experience is an asset
