Based at Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital, this Home Health position supports clients through cooperative care planning and implementation. The Licensed Practical Nurse provides wound care, IV care, catheter care, and pleurex drain care. Medication administration follows pharmaceutical and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and nursing care to clients
