As an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist, you will take ownership of full-cycle processing within a lean finance team. Your responsibilities include coding, reconciliations, vendor communication, discrepancy resolution, and payment support. Strong organization, attention to detail, and independent judgment are central to managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage the full-cycle accounts payable function
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships
- Collaborate internally to resolve issues and ensure timely processing
- Support month-end close through accruals and prepaid expenses




- Identify process improvements and support additional accounting activities

Requirements:

- Three or more years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Accounting, Finance, or related post-secondary education
- Experience with vendor management and account reconciliations
- Robust accounting fundamentals and general ledger coding knowledge
- Organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
