Dot Foods seeks hands-on warehouse leadership for receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations. You will supervise Warehouse Lead Staff and Warehouse Floor Personnel while supporting safety, productivity, service, and cost objectives. The schedule runs Sunday through Wednesday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some off-hours meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product
- Monitor and evaluate assigned warehouse personnel
- Plan labor needs around daily inbound and outbound deadlines
- Support warehouse and company policies and procedures
- Seek cost reductions using lean thinking and tools
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or general equivalent degree
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning abilities
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous successful leadership experience may be helpful
- Working knowledge of distribution or warehouse processes may help
