Oversee regional clinical trial execution at Alimentiv through project planning, risk management, and quality compliance. Coordinate delivery across sponsors, teams, and vendors.

This experienced clinical research leader manages project performance within an assigned region. The position partners with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain timelines, budgets, resources, and regulatory requirements. It also supports staffing, employee development, vendor performance, proposals, and bid defenses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain sponsor relationships and resolve project issues
- Guide Clinical Project Managers through project execution
- Approve budgets, timelines, training plans, and resource requirements




- Forecast staffing and allocate resources for clinical projects
- Monitor internal and third-party vendor performance

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of relevant skilled experience
- Relevant health sciences or clinical research education
- Ability to communicate risks and expectations clearly
- Ability to identify risks and support decisions
- Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
