This AI Learning Associate Director role partners with the L&D; Business Partner, Chief Technology Officer, and Office of the CTO. You will shape learning strategies, curate resources, and activate programs across service lines, talent, technology, and leadership teams. Your work supports workforce transformation through meaningful learning experiences and capability-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leaders to establish AI capability priorities
- Curate programs, platforms, certifications, and thought leadership content
- Oversee strategic AI learning initiative lifecycles and outcomes




- Collaborate with experts and vendors on relevant content
- Manage selected budgets, vendor relationships, and governance activities

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in learning, talent, or change fields
- Strategic ability to convert priorities into creative learning solutions
- Experience leading projects and managing organizational stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to program effectiveness and decisions
- Experience applying AI to business problems or adoption initiatives
