This AI Engineering Lead sets technical direction for next-generation AI and data platforms. You will design scalable applications, mentor technical teams, and translate insurance problems into actionable strategies. Your work spans LLMs, graph neural networks, computer vision, AI integration, and responsible AI across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop scalable real-time AI systems
- Design machine learning solutions for insurance business problems
- Prototype novel AI and data engineering techniques
- Provide technical guidance on complex AI projects




- Collaborate with business, product, underwriting, and claims teams

Requirements:

- Deep expertise across AI and machine learning techniques
- Clean, high-performance coding experience in Python, Java, SQL, and Spark
- Experience architecting AI solutions on Google Cloud or AWS
- Google Cloud, Vertex AI, and Gemini experience is valuable
- Degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field
