Support construction project schedules and contracts with Black & McDonald’s Saskatchewan FMO team through coordination, forecasting, and document control. Communicate progress clearly across project stakeholders.

This Project Coordinator assists Contract Managers with construction project performance, including costs, schedules, status, and contract specifications. You will coordinate trades and subcontractors, help prepare contract revisions, source required materials, and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors. The position requires organized reporting and timely escalation of project issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor construction progress against established schedules and milestones
- Assist with contract revisions, changes, additions, and negotiations
- Prepare cost, margin, budget, and change impact projections




- Maintain customer, supplier, vendor, trade, and subcontractor relationships
- Control documents and source project supplies or subcontractors

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or technical diploma
- Two to three years’ experience as a junior project coordinator
- Scheduling program experience considered an asset
- Dispute resolution, negotiation, and effective communication skills
- Reliability Status security clearance required as a condition of employment
