This Occupational Therapist position serves clients across long-term care settings within Lifemark’s rehabilitation network. You will assess activities of daily living, seating, and positioning needs. You will also document interventions, educate families, and contribute to interdisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver occupational therapy services to long-term care clients
- Perform clinical and activities of daily living assessments
- Evaluate restraint use, wounds, falls, and injury prevention
- Record assessment and treatment interventions in client charts




- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams using professional judgment

Requirements:

- Provincial registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist
- One to three years of experience; recent graduates welcome
- Long-term care experience considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle may be required
