Build AI agents, copilots, and RAG solutions as an Applied AI Engineer working hybrid, with three days per week in the office.

You will develop reusable Generative AI applications addressing business needs within an Applied AI team. The work spans Python, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and OpenAI SDK. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders on applied solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build AI assistants, copilots, and agentic workflows
- Implement RAG using vector databases and semantic search
- Develop APIs, integrations, and enterprise connectors
- Test, evaluate, and optimize AI solution performance
- Collaborate with platform, security, and governance teams

Requirements:

- Experience with AI agents and workflow orchestration
- Robust Python and API development capabilities
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and embeddings
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
