This Supervisor, Occupational Health and Safety position supports decommissioning and environmental remediation work. You will guide occupational safety and industrial hygiene programs while coaching work teams. The position emphasizes hazard recognition, risk management, human performance, and explicit safety decisions. Experience with radiation safety or protection is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement asbestos, silica, noise, and heat-stress programs
- Support confined-space, WHMIS, respiratory protection, and PPE&C; programs
- Provide timely field coaching and technical guidance
- Monitor legislation,



regulations, procedures, and industry standards
- Complete program reviews and performance monitoring

Requirements:

- Relevant safety, security, sciences, or engineering education
- CRSP, CSP, CMIOSH, or equivalent recognized designation
- More than six years in equivalent OSH/IH roles
- Three to five years managing teams or projects
- Working knowledge of software applications and technical writing
