You will evolve practices, address process inefficiencies, and connect program planning with strategic outcomes. The role calls for three years supporting functional teams, a relevant degree, ScrumMaster certification, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and evolve Agile practices through empirical approaches
- Build knowledge of relevant products, services, and processes
- Influence change and improve operational efficiencies for client needs




- Lead collaborative efforts across roles and functions
- Prepare team metrics supporting release schedules and plans

Requirements:

- Three years of experience providing Agile support
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Certified ScrumMaster credential or related Agile accreditation
- Strong Agile principles, methodologies, and techniques knowledge
- Critical thinking and solid communication skills
