This Systems Analyst serves as a technical resource for applications supporting Canadian Natural’s oil sands business unit. You will manage application servers, web servers, and multi-tier enterprise applications. Your work spans development, testing, and production environments, with responsibility for timely support resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve technical issues and support tickets promptly
- Manage applications across development, testing, and production
- Monitor system health and gather system statistics
- Troubleshoot errors, alarms, databases, and integrations




- Develop effort estimates for application modifications

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of combined analysis and development experience
- Computer sciences post-secondary degree or diploma
- Strong large-corporate information technology setting background
- Multi-tier enterprise application management experience
- Oracle and SQL Server performance analysis expertise
