DHL Supply Chain seeks an Operations Manager II to oversee warehouse performance, customer orders, and leadership on the night shift.
Working Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, you will help ensure smooth, effective warehouse operations. You will collaborate with site leadership, Human Resources, customers, and cross-functional teams. Your work will address productivity, accuracy, safety compliance, hiring, and continuous improvement while supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency
- Compile KPI reports supporting informed operational decisions
- Facilitate communication among leadership and associates
- Partner with Human Resources on Supervisor hiring
- Fulfill customer orders promptly with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Logistics industry experience of at least one year
- Supervisory or management experience of at least two years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- P&L; management experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
