This senior individual-contributor position combines core Technical Support Specialist duties with advanced integration, configuration, deployment, and Support engineering. You will configure data interfaces, troubleshoot communications, reproduce issues, and validate complex operational architectures. The role also supports cloud services, third-party systems, Software QA, Engineering, and Production when assigned. Employment may be based in Canada or the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and troubleshoot MDT integrations with third-party systems
- Operate simulation environments for testing, reproduction, and validation
- Validate complex software deployments and system architectures




- Support prototype validation, commissioning, and Engineering QC activities
- Provide technical evidence through Azure DevOps work items

Requirements:

- Complex integration and deployment experience from definition through documentation
- Experience with industrial communications, interfaces, and software configuration
- Solid Windows, networking, IP communications, services, and ports knowledge
- Technical diploma, degree, certification, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to collaborate across Software Development, QA, Engineering, and Support
