VHA Home HealthCare is seeking a Physiotherapist Clinical Lead for community-based care. The position provides physiotherapy consultation, assessment, interventions, and expertise related to skilled practice. You will mentor new graduates and Service Providers, support clinical orientation, and promote best practice initiatives. Services support diverse client groups referred through VHA Rehab Solutions and Champlain Rehab Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor groups of new graduates entering community practice
- Provide clinical orientation for changing practice areas




- Assess clients using standardized and informal techniques
- Implement interventions within integrated care plans
- Evaluate services using valid outcome measures

Requirements:

- Recognized Physiotherapy degree at Baccalaureate or Masters level
- Good-standing registration with the College of Physiotherapists
- At least four years of clinical experience
- Knowledge of community care requirements and resources
- Familiarity with reliable outcome measures
