Wire and Cable knowledge supports accurate orders, pricing, inventory checks, and customer requests for Robertson Electric Wholesale’s electrical distribution business.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support all Robertson Electric Wholesale branches and their customers. The position handles calls, quotes, returns, specifications, and order maintenance. You will also assist Account Managers, maintain sales order master files, and make routine decisions under company policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Robertson Electric Wholesale branches with customer needs
- Handle customer service requests, including orders and pricing
- Communicate quotes, returns, specifications, and delivery dates
- Check inventory and verify product availability and prices
- Maintain customer lists, purchase orders, and receipts
Requirements:
- Two to four years of electrical industry experience
- Wire and Cable experience is preferred
- Equivalent knowledge of the electrical industry accepted
- Accurate, detail-oriented approach to sales administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
