Use anesthesia and ICU nursing experience to support Surgery at Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg. This in-person, days-based position is full-time within WRHA.

As Clinical Resource Nurse, you will contribute clinical expertise in the Anesthesia/OR environment. Recent anesthesia or ICU nursing experience is required, while recent surgery experience is preferred. The work emphasizes invasive monitoring, IV establishment, patient and family teaching, cooperative leadership, independent judgment, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clinical care in the Anesthesia/OR environment
- Establish IVs as required for patient care
- Set up and interpret invasive monitoring
- Teach patients and families about care
- Collaborate with health disciplines across Surgery

Requirements:

- Three years recent related anesthesia nursing experience required
- Three years recent related ICU nursing experience accepted
- Three years recent surgery experience preferred
- Current CRNM registration and BCLS required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
