Apply field service expertise to aquatic equipment installations, repairs, and commissioning with Vortex Aquatic Structures International. Work primarily from Pointe-Claire with seasonal customer-site travel.

This Customer Service / Field Technician role supports Technical Support activities across customer and installer needs. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, determine when on-site intervention is required, and coordinate parts and resources. Peak-season travel may reach 50% of working time for two to three months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to sites for commissioning and installation supervision
- Perform or guide equipment repairs when required
- Coordinate parts and resources for on-site interventions




- Provide feedback on recurring technical issues
- Support assembly and operational teams during slower periods

Requirements:

- Experience maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
- Solid analytical and practical problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of motors, pumps, and control systems
- Valid driver's licence and Canadian passport
- Ability to travel internationally as required
