The Retail Leader supports performance across clothing, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure departments. You will strengthen in-store and online customer experiences, execute Clientele Development activities, and help Advisors build omni-channel clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Coach Clothing Advisors and Specialists on personal sales productivity
- Develop in-store and after-sales service standards
- Support omni-channel clients across in-store and online channels




- Promote program benefits, points, and activation steps
- Complete one-on-one meetings and performance assessments

Requirements:

- Three or more years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to improve customer conversion and loyalty
- Documented coaching and performance improvement success
- Understanding of luxury retail business plans
- Menswear retail industry experience preferred
