Keep Seaboard equipment road-ready through transportation maintenance coordination, vendor communication, and efficient repair follow-up in North York.

This Fleet Coordinator supports daily maintenance operations across Seaboard divisions. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with vendors and drivers, monitor budgets, and maintain standards. The full time, permanent schedule follows a 2/2/3 night rotation from 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs
- Build relationships with external vendors and organizational teams
- Keep equipment road-ready through timely communication
- Approve purchase order requests for maintenance operations
- Stay proactive with updates, follow-ups, and improvements

Requirements:

- Education in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and team-first attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced computer skills, especially Outlook and Excel
- Bilingual English and French is a plus
