You assess each item, explain suitable repair options to customers, and complete work with attention to quality and detail. Your service helps customers extend the life of their shoes and supports a reliable, welcoming repair experience. Duties
- Inspect shoes to identify damage, wear, and appropriate repair methods.
- Repair and replace components such as soles, heels, stitching, and fasteners using suitable tools and materials.
- Measure, trim, shape, and finish materials accurately, checking completed work for durability and appearance.
- Discuss repair options with customers, provide clear service updates,



and keep work areas and tools orderly. Qualifications Required: Basic math skills to measure materials, estimate quantities, and support accurate repair work; practical attention to detail and care when handling footwear and tools. Preferred: Customer service skills or related experience, with the ability to listen, explain options clearly, and communicate respectfully with customers. Familiarity with shoe materials, repair techniques, or workshop tools is an advantage. Pay: $25.00-$36.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
