Job Description
Maple Bakers is looking for a skilled, reliable, and passionate Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, and food safety. Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breads, buns, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
- Decorate and finish baked goods as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor ingredient supplies and report shortages.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production requirements. Qualifications
- Previous baking experience preferred.




- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Food safety certification is an asset. Working Conditions
- Work in a commercial bakery setting.
- Standing for extended periods and handling baking ingredients and equipment.
- Early morning, weekend, or holiday shifts may be required.
