Lead inbound receiving at S&S; Activewear using warehouse equipment, inventory systems, and employee coaching skills. This full time schedule runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

The Inbound Team Lead supports Receiving supervisors and managers while guiding department employees through daily procedures. You will monitor receiving accuracy, communicate goals and safety practices, and provide ongoing support. The work includes material handling, barcode scanning, warehouse software, and productivity requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor receiving progress, accuracy, and process efficiency
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to employees
- Conduct employee kickoff meetings and safety walks
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, scanners,



tablets, and WMS
- Retrieve inventory and maintain a safe, clean warehouse

Requirements:

- Two years of preferred supervisory experience
- Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work additional overtime hours when required
