Drive high-volume seasonal hiring for Pursuit as a Contract Recruiter, using candidate screening and interviews across Canada and the United States.
This Talent Acquisition role supports more than 2,800 seasonal hires across Pursuit’s iconic locations. You will manage recruiting for multiple positions and locations as business needs evolve. Work includes candidate communication, hiring coordination, Workday records, and milestone tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates and facilitate up to 10 daily interviews
- Meet milestone goals across seasonal hiring priorities
- Maintain pipelines as timelines and staffing needs change
- Communicate duties, wages, schedules, housing, and perks
- Coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding transitions
Requirements:
- One to three years recruiting or HR coordination experience
- High-volume or seasonal recruiting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems
- Workday experience preferred
- Robust organization, communication, and candidate-service skills
