Advise personal insurance clients from ONE Insurance’s St. James Branch while managing coverage options, sales objectives, and client relationships.

As a Personal Lines Advisor, you will counsel existing, assigned, and new clients on individual coverage needs. You will manage a Personal Lines book of business, prospect opportunities, and become familiar with other insurance lines for cross-selling. The position reports to the Regional Manager and supports Autopac transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled counsel on personal lines insurance coverage
- Build rapport with existing, assigned, and new clients
- Prospect customers, action leads, and achieve sales objectives
- Manage assigned book requirements, policies, cancellations,



and retention
- Place coverage and perform annual coverage reviews

Requirements:

- Minimum two years managing a Personal Lines book preferred
- Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
- Full CAIB designation considered a strong asset
- Other insurance lines or EPIC familiarity considered assets
- Organized, efficient, communicative, flexible, and detail oriented
