Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of gas station attendants, cashiers.
- Assign duties to staff and prepare work schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Train new employees on job responsibilities, customer service procedures, cash handling, and workplace policies.
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to ensure duties are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee the sale of fuel and convenience store merchandise at the gas station.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and payments.
- Monitor fuel and merchandise inventory, verify stock availability, and arrange for replenishment as required.
- Prepare and maintain reports on daily sales, inventory levels, cash transactions, and employee performance.




- Order merchandise and supplies and coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and stock shortages.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure the gas station premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Employment Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced gas station environment.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail when handling cash, monitoring sales, and maintaining inventory.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including morning, daytime, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
