Use bilingual claims expertise to assess legal expense insurance claims in Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa while supporting coverage decisions and resolution.

Reporting to the Claims Manager, this Claims Adjuster supports ARAG Legal Solutions Inc. as it expands across Canada. The position reviews coverage, resolves claims, advises legal professionals, and coordinates files. You will apply analytical, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills across claims activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review new and potential claims under applicable insurance contracts
- Resolve straightforward to moderate claims and coverage issues
- Deliver product training and risk management presentations




- Maintain relationships with external lawyers and legal firms
- Coordinate claim files with insureds, brokers, counsel, and clients

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ claims adjusting experience
- Fluent bilingual French and English communication
- AMF claims adjuster licence in Quebec
- Understanding of legal fees and billing assessment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
