Industrial security expertise matters at Maple Lodge Farms in Brampton, protecting people, visitors, assets, and facility access overnight. Work 12-hour shifts.

Reporting to the Security Supervisor, the Security Guard maintains a secure, secure industrial facility for Maple Lodge Farms. The position requires controlled access, incident investigation, emergency response, patrols, camera monitoring, and clear reporting. It also supports communications, permits, inspections, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control access and enforce company policy when required
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports for the Security Supervisor
- Monitor cameras, operate radios, and dispatch Security staff
- Conduct mobile, foot, lighting, fence, and premises checks




- Issue hot work permits and monitor contractor performance

Requirements:

- One to three years’ related experience or equivalent preparation
- Knowledge of security functions in industrial establishments
- Valid Ontario G Class driver’s license and vehicle operation ability
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
