Support Oakridge Park’s building operations with mechanical systems, HVAC maintenance, and technical expertise as an intermediate-level technician. Occasional rotational on-call work may apply.

Reporting to the Mechanical Operations Manager or General Manager, this technician supports safe, sustainable operation of mechanical and electrical systems. The work includes HVAC, BAS, plumbing, lighting, generators, and fire and life safety systems. QuadReal Property Group provides the operating setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist trades, contractors, and management with system maintenance
- Install, repair, and maintain climate control systems
- Oversee preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs
- Monitor computerized control and maintenance systems
- Respond promptly to tenant service requests

Requirements:

- 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer certificate
- Journeyman electrician, plumber, HVAC, or refrigeration experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, BAS, and CMMS skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
