Lead health services operations in Peterborough with laboratory collection expertise and staff coaching across assigned Dynacare sites. Monday to Friday shifts include alternate Saturdays.

As Team Lead, Health Services, you report to the Regional Manager and oversee day-to-day location operations. You will guide workflow, client services, safety, employee development, and Laboratory Assistant duties. The position requires blood and specimen collection, laboratory best practices, and knowledge of MOH guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor assigned locations’ daily operations and escalate concerns
- Coach staff on quality errors, workflow, and operational targets
- Obtain blood samples and specimens for diagnostic testing




- Maintain audit and inspection readiness across locations
- Support workplace accident investigations and preventative measures

Requirements:

- Medical Laboratory Assistant or Technician Diploma
- Three to five years’ laboratory setting experience
- Competence in all collection techniques and laboratory best practices
- Knowledge of MOH guidelines
- Proficiency with Omnitech, Open KM, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
