CAREPOINT SERVICES LIMITED is looking for a fantastic CARE COORDINATOR to join our domiciliary care team in the LAMBETH AREA

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- Coordinating care packages and supporting our care workers
- Managing rotas and making sure shifts are safely covered
- Matching carers with the needs of our clients
- Communicating with clients, families and professionals
- Responding to changes and solving problems quickly
- Helping ensure our clients receive SAFE, PERSON-CENTRED AND HIGH-QUALITY CARE
- Supporting our team to deliver the best possible service every day

EXPERIENCE IN DOMICILIARY CARE AND CARE COORDINATION IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
