As a Personal Finance Advisor, you develop lasting business relationships with young people and individual members. You listen to financial needs, provide suitable advice, and help clients choose solutions supporting their goals. You also serve as a financing expert and resource for the caisse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise members and clients on appropriate financial strategies
- Recommend investments, loans, and insurance products
- Manage relationships and assess satisfaction and service quality
- Identify improvement areas through follow-up activities
- Represent the caisse in community outreach activities
Requirements:
- College diploma in a related field
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French
- Action-oriented and customer-focused approach
