Bethel CRC is prayerfully seeking a full time Associate Pastor to join our vibrant congregation of approximately 350 members. We are seeking a pastor who is spiritually mature, biblically grounded, emotionally healthy, humble, teachable, relational, trustworthy, competent, team-oriented, and genuinely called to shepherd people within the broader community.
The successful candidate will work as part of the ministry team to shepherd our congregation, preach on occasion, strengthen discipleship, and engage our community with the gospel. We are especially looking for someone who is relatable to youth and young families, passionate about helping the next generation grow in their faith, and gifted in in-depth, engaging, and biblically grounded preaching and teaching.
M.Div. or equivalent, Reformed theological training, and ordination/eligibility preferred.
