Support Microsoft Dynamics platforms and trusted data as a Business Systems Analyst at Charton Hobbs Group across Canada. Troubleshoot issues methodically.

This Business Systems Analyst provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM, Pawa, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. You will diagnose escalated issues, resolve platform-level problems, assess change impacts, and support commercial operations across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance. The work requires solid SQL, integration analysis, and structured release practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own escalated Tier 2 and Tier 3 platform support cases
- Diagnose data, configuration, access, integration, and defect issues
- Resolve workflows, master data, refreshes, and integration failures




- Document root causes and implement permanent incident fixes
- Validate releases through testing and post-deployment checks

Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- At least three years supporting Microsoft business applications
- Hands-on experience with at least two specified business platforms
- Strong SQL and integration log investigation skills
- French and English fluency, spoken and written
