Responsible for maintaining manufacturing operations by following work instructions, running production machinery and keeping equipment and the surrounding work area clean.

Essential Job Functions:

1. 1. Effectively runs production machinery during assigned shift.
2. 2. Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being produced properly.
3. 3. Ensures that the workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.
4. 4. Monitors the production process.
5. 5. Inspects products at the machine.
6. 7. Cleans equipment and work area.
7. 8. Adheres to all saftey guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

Education, Training and/or Experience:

1. 1. High school diploma or GED.
2. 2. Previous experience in warehouse setting.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

1. 1. Demonstrates problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues.
2. 3. Maintains a high level of energy and a consistent positive attitude.
3. 4. Able to work on foot for long periods of time.
4. 5. Ability to work in a team workplace.

Physical Demands:

Nature of work requires an ability to operate production equipment after fully trained.



Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. May require extended overtime hours if/when business requires the demand.
