You will understand customer needs, provide information and advice, and create positive interactions. The role requires accurate transactions, clear communication, discretion, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions
- Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions

Requirements:

- High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset

- Accurate, detail-oriented, calm, and effective communication skills
