Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for the property management sector. You will support a multi-residential community through preventative upkeep, emergency maintenance, resident service, and operational inspections. The work includes HVAC, boilers, pumps, generators, sprinklers, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance tasks
- Respond to resident requests and minor repair requirements
- Inspect systems and record readings and maintenance activities
- Maintain common areas, amenities, facilities, and exterior grounds




- Escort contractors and vendors while monitoring assigned work

Requirements:

- Previous residential, property management, or building operations experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, pumps, generators, and sprinklers
- Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety and WHMIS practices
- Skilled communication with residents, contractors, and team members
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
