Serve personal and small business clients as an Associate Financial Advisor in Fort Saint John, working full time onsite with CIBC.

As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand client priorities and recommend personalized financial solutions. You will manage mortgage client portfolios, deepen relationships, and support investment, credit, and banking needs. This role also includes digital banking guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend solutions and provide forward-looking financial plans
- Manage mortgage client portfolios and deepen relationships
- Make introductions to Imperial Service and Business Banking colleagues
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications

Requirements:

- Two to three years providing financial advice to clients
- Experience achieving sales results through advice-based conversations
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Goal-oriented, curious, respectful, and relationship-focused approach
