Support Fanshawe Falcons athletics through facility operations, event coordination, and secure equipment management in person, five days weekly.

Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this officer supports daily Athletics program operations. Duties span varsity games, recreational spaces, equipment, uniforms, and student employees. The position requires coordination with maintenance staff, contractors, visiting teams, and Varsity officers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate varsity game days and coordinate visiting team requirements
- Coordinate venue setup and takedown for events and classes
- Inspect facilities and implement risk management procedures
- Maintain equipment, inventories, uniforms, and maintenance records




- Train student staff and coordinate their schedules

Requirements:

- Two-year diploma in recreation, sports administration, or related field
- At least two years’ customer service sports or recreation experience
- Current first aid and CPR certification
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered
