Support Retail New Accounts at Manulife in a hybrid internship focused on application review, account opening, and accurate operational records.

The Canadian Operations Management Intern supports a high-volume team during RRSP season and growing advisor referrals. You will help deliver smooth onboarding experiences by following procedures, monitoring workflows, and maintaining information in internal systems. The work also includes collaboration with internal business partners and participation in training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review current account applications and supporting documentation
- Support account opening using established operational procedures
- Monitor workflow queues and service level commitments
- Follow up on outstanding administrative requirements




- Research discrepancies and escalate complex issues

Requirements:
