PC Forge seeks a safety-focused Industrial Millwright for its heavy industrial forging operation. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul production machinery. The work includes hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mechanical power transmission, and predictive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and overhaul industrial machinery
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Install, align, level, and commission current machinery
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures before maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic 433A Certificate of Qualification
- Minimum three years of industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of mechanical power transmission systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
