As Community & Social Coordinator, you will manage daily interactions across social channels, online communities, and review platforms. You will respond to questions, comments, messages, mentions, and reviews while adapting tone for each audience. Your work helps Cronometer understand recurring questions, feedback, sentiment, and engagement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily engagement across social, community, and review platforms
- Respond thoughtfully to comments, messages, mentions, questions, and reviews
- Maintain Cronometer’s consistent brand voice across audiences




- Recognize when issues require elevation to internal teams
- Build relationships with community members and acknowledge user-generated content
