Our client, an expanding international consultancy firm, seeks a proactive Corporate Legal Advisor. Advise on corporate law, compliance, risk management, and data protection. Collaborate with senior management and business units to support legal standards and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on company formation, statutory compliance, and corporate governance
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Research legal issues supporting decisions and risk mitigation
- Assist with legislation and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Manage external counsel, filings, and corporate records
Requirements:
- Admitted South African High Court Attorney
- Minimum five years post-qualification corporate or commercial experience
