Analyze prospect intelligence for Western University as a fully in-person Prospect Research Officer using research tools and data synthesis. This is a two-year temporary full time contract.

The Prospect Research Officer supports Western Advancement’s philanthropic mission through individual, corporate, and foundation prospect analysis. The position helps Development staff prioritize promising relationships and supports pipeline growth. It also evaluates information quality and converts public and proprietary data into actionable assessments.

Requirements:

- University degree required
- One year of research development or fundraising experience
- Prospect research experience in academic or healthcare settings preferred
- Knowledge of privacy legislation and confidentiality practices
- Proficiency with CharityCAN, iWave, Grant Connect, or Factiva
