You will schedule services and repairs, communicate technical information clearly, and maintain current customer communication. The position focuses on customer satisfaction after vehicle purchase while using industry leading technology and software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule service appointments and vehicle repairs efficiently
- Maintain open, current communication with customers
- Explain repairs and estimated completion times clearly
- Complete work orders, invoices,



and internal paperwork properly
- Support customer satisfaction after vehicle purchase

Requirements:

- Service Consultant experience preferred
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Solid attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Comfort using technology for daily functions
- Valid Class 5F driver’s license and transportation
