The Tlicho Community Services Agency in Behchoko, NT seeks a Community Health Licensed Practical Nurse (CHLPN) to deliver core community health services from the Community Health Centre, reporting to the Nurse in Charge.

You will participate in Well-Child/Adult clinics, prenatal and school health programs, chronic disease care, immunizations, surveillance, sick clinics, and Home Care/Support Services.
