Lead regional communications for BMO as a Senior Communications Manager on a 12 month contract, with remote applications invited. Shape explicit messaging and change adoption.

This senior role works directly with the Regional President and regional leadership. You will develop communications strategies, advise on audiences and channels, and create content for email, Viva Engage, town halls, presentations, newsletters, and video. The position supports business priorities, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise the Regional President on communications priorities and risks
- Develop strategies supporting regional priorities and business goals
- Create concise content for diverse communications channels
- Coordinate delivery across regional, branch, and enterprise teams




- Evaluate effectiveness using feedback and available channel data

Requirements:

- Typically five to seven years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and audience-focused messaging skills
- Experience advising senior leaders and developing communications plans
- Comfort using Microsoft Copilot and other digital tools
